X-MAN mutant cell lines model many common genotypes observed in human cancer, and their perfectly matched normal genetic backgrounds are used as a reference.  X-MAN cell lines separate the cancer-gene spectrum to aid the discovery of specifically targeted drugs that can be used as single agents or in combination with approved standard agents. Common mutations include: Kras, p53, Braf, PI3K, and EGFR mutations.
